Pasadena - Die Nominierten der Soul Train Music Awards stehen fest. Die Preise werden am 10. März in Pasadena, Kalifornien vergeben.
Die meisten Nominierungen konnte in diesem Jahr Beyoncé einsacken. Die ehemalige "Destiny's Child"-Sängerin ist mit "Irreplaceable" für die "Beste R'n'B-Single" und das "Beste R'n'B-Video", sowie mit "B'Day" für das "Beste R'n'B-Album" nominiert. Konkurrenz um die Auszeichnungen machen ihr unter anderem Mary J. Blige, Monica und Jay-Z.
